The Mighty Gull
While doing paperwork late last night and listening to a little outdoor programming I happen to run across a show featuring ice fishing on Gull Lake. I thought that I would take a look at the current Real Estate Market on that chain of lakes as it sits today. There is currently $74+ million dollars of listings on there right now with 76 total listings with an average price of $982,992 and an average of 213 days on the market. The highest price was $3,850,000, the lowest price was $124,900, the average price was $982,992, the median price was $798,950
Taking a look at the solds on Gull last year the highest price was $2,100,000, the lowest price was $106,900, the average price was $752,442, with a median price of $675,000. the total of those properties came to $43,641,665. They had an average life span on the market of 123 days. All this data came from the MLS software that every agent has access to.
So with the way thing are it looks like prices are going up but so are the DOM. That quite a jump from 2.1 mil to 3.8 mil.
